1 1/2     lbs scallops, frozen, rinsed and drained
5 tbs butter substitute, melted
3/4  cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp lemon zest

heat oven to 400.
pour butter in casserole dish (2 qt).
place scallops along bottom, on top of the butter.
pour lemon juice over scallops.
in mixing bowl combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
sprinkle mixture evenly over scallops.
bake scallops in oven until firm (about 20 minutes)

serve over rice.
serve over pasta.
serve over salad.
serve to your best friend when it’s raining outside.
